<p>Favicons To Get Returning Traffic, Favicon (pronounced fav-eye-con) can be created to make that small icon that is saved when you save a bookmark in your browser. It identifies your website with it&#8217;s design, just like the green square with BON stamped in it that this website uses.</p>
<p>You can use a favicon generator to create one of these and then upload it to your main directory of your domain. Here is one of those websites called HTML Kit<a href="http://www.htmlkit.com/services/favicon/" onclick="pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/www.htmlkit.com/services/favicon/?referer=');"> where you can upload a file and turn it into a favicon.</a> Then download it and save it to your computer,then re upload it to your domain.</p>
<p>People tend to be visual and having a favicon makes it easier for people to spot your link in the saved bookmarks! So having something that catches the eye is very important.</p>
